Let them know the dangers of smoking through my installation art. In order to protect their own body from eroding and give consideration to the family’s feelings, they should throw away the cigarette end in hand and breathe the fresh air.
As it was the first time for me to make installation art, I investigated and searched lots of pictures with regard to installation art to appreciate. At first glance, I found that the number must be huge and the element must also be accurate so as to give viewers visual impact.
Main Idea
The combination of elements in daily life and specific space will embody a totally new meaning and convey to the audiences. So I put common smoking elements in the bottle. I firstly entangled the lung model with adhesive tape, then cut open the interior and dug out the model, used adhesive tape to agglutinate and made the final transparent lung and placed the washed bottle properly, then put the plenty of matches as well as the cut cigarettes, cigarette cases, and matchboxes into bottles.

When I was making installation art for the first time, I did a lot of research. Online information and many interviews were conducted on smoking, breathing, and secondhand smoke.
